Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Digibook platform, which consists of this website, the Digibook Admin application for salons, and the customer applications published under each salon's brand. The service is provided by Ahmed Pašić, sole proprietor, Dobropolje, Tešanj, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

By using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Digibook is a technical tool that lets salons manage their schedule and lets their customers book appointments.

Digibook does not provide hairdressing services and is not a party to the relationship between a salon and its customer. When you book an appointment you enter into an arrangement with the salon, not with us. The salon alone is responsible for service quality, pricing, opening hours, and cancellation rules.

An account is required to use the platform. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

You may delete your account at any time under Settings and then Delete account.

You request an appointment through the app and the salon confirms or declines it. Cancellation rules and any no-show fees are set by the salon, which will inform you of them. Digibook sends reminders but does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered, and is not liable for a missed appointment.

You must not: abuse the platform to make fraudulent bookings, enter another person's details without authorisation, attempt to access data belonging to others, scrape content by automated means, harass other users, or take any action that disrupts the operation or security of the service.

The customer applications are free to use. Salons use Digibook under a subscription on the terms agreed when the service is arranged. If a subscription goes unpaid, access to the salon account may be restricted after prior notice.

We work to keep the platform running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is". Planned maintenance windows may occur, and we will aim to notify salons in advance.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit, missed appointments, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This limitation does not exclude liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Digibook, including its source code, design, name, and logo, is the property of Ahmed Pašić and is protected by copyright law. Using the service grants you no rights in that material. Each salon's own name, logo, and visual identity remain the property of that salon.

We may restrict or terminate access to an account in the event of a breach of these terms, abuse of the service, or a legal obligation. You may end your use at any time by deleting your account in the app.

We may amend these terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by e-mail at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
